RETURNS

You have the right to return the item(s) you ordered if you have changed your mind about purchasing them within a maximum of 14 days from the date you received them.
However, it is good to remember that you cannot return damaged products or products with signs of wear (dirt, sweat, etc.).

Any return that does not comply with the above provisions may be refused.

  If you want to return one or more products, please follow the steps below:
Announce the intention to return the product/products by email to myorder@malvacich.com or on the Facebook page. Include in the message to us the data necessary to refund the value of the returned product/products: the order number and the returned products.
Then, a representative of Ethic Vibe SRL will send to the courier company with which we collaborate for deliveries a request to pick up the return package, with payment at the destination. You will not have to pay anything.
While waiting for the courier, please pack the product or products you wish to return in a manner similar to the one in which you received them.
The courier will contact you in 2-3 days from the date of confirmation of the return request to pick up the parcel from the delivery address indicated when you placed the order.
The money will be returned automatically, after checking the package, in the same account from which the payment was made.
After the parcel reaches us, it will be checked, so that the products comply with the return conditions. d
The deadline for refunding the money is 14 working days after taking possession of the returned products.
The value of the returned products is made exclusively by the payment method used for the purchase.
