How do I buy?
By purchasing one or more products offered for sale in the online store, the user understands that he has read and accepted the specifications of the purchased product/products, being fully aware that the clothing products are made of post-consumer textile materials and that they may present imperfections. Possible defects of the textile material from which a certain product is made are specified in the description of the respective product. When you have found a product you want to buy, press the Add to cart button. You will then be automatically directed to the Shopping Cart/Checkout page. On this page, you can view the list of products in the cart, cancel one/more products or even all the products in the cart.
Shipping information
To complete the order, press the Checkout button. If this is your first purchase on our website, you will first need to create a user account by filling in the data requested on the page. Entering the data necessary to create the account helps us process the order, and it facilitates your next order or orders. If you want us to issue the invoice to another person and/or address, you can complete the billing data in the relevant field.
Completion of the order
To place the order, select your preferred payment method. Then, make sure you have read and agree to the Terms and conditions of use. Press the button “Complete the order” to proceed to the next step. You choose the available delivery method, along with the value of the delivery costs, and proceed to payment.
Photos
Product photos are published for presentation purposes and may include accessories that are not part of the administrator’s offer. The user agrees to buy only the product described in words on the product page.
The administrator of the malvacic.com site makes permanent efforts to preserve the accuracy of the information displayed on the site, but sometimes it may contain inaccuracies unwanted, such as those arising from operating errors. There could be operating errors that affect the actual price of the products. In this case (when the displayed prices are inconsistent with the price set by the administrator for the product in question – for example, when items with a price of 0 lei appear), the administrator reserves the right to cancel user orders containing such items (with a price other than the one intended by the administrator). The administrator is not obliged to provide any explanation and any kind of compensation to customers who ordered items accompanied by the operating errors described above.
The ordered products can be shipped through the Romanian Post Company (through the services available on the territory of the country where the user is located – recipient of the shipment) or through national express couriers (option valid exclusively for buyers from Romania). The user chooses the shipping option during the check-out process, being automatically informed about the shipping price after choosing the desired shipping type). The ordered product(s) can be paid either by means of electronic payment or by cash on delivery (option valid exclusively for customers who request the shipment of the purchased products to an address in Romania).
Use of coupon(s)
Depending on the marketing strategy adopted by the website administrator, discount coupons may be made available to the user. They can be used according to the information associated with the discount amount/percentage and the validity period, during the checkout process, in the shopping cart. The discount is applied to the price displayed on the product page.
